CUSTM by Design – Shipping Policy

Most merchandise available through CUSTM by Design and the Stoneham Pro Shop is made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Production

Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery information shown during checkout is an estimate and may vary during periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Shipments

CUSTM works with multiple production and fulfillment partners. If your order contains more than one item, your products may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages or on different days.

This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and their fulfillment locations.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
