CUSTM by Design – Refund & Return Policy

Many items available through CUSTM by Design, including merchandise from the Stoneham Pro Shop, are produced specifically for your order. Because these products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or style selections or for changes of mind after an order has entered production.

Please review all product selections and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production begins.

Sizing

Sizing may vary between products and manufacturers. Please review the sizing information provided on the individual product page before ordering. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for sizing selections unless the item received differs from what was ordered.
